CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />January 22, 2016 <br />7:30 PM <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Jones called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm and Lange led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Holt, Huffer, Jones, Lange <br />Directors Absent: Gibson <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Hare, Lewanda, Lindsey and <br />Executive Assistant Reynders <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />McCrea Ranch Foundation <br />Wyatt McCrea, President, McCrea Ranch Foundation, provided a review of the Foundation's <br />activities and accomplishments over the last year. The monies raised through fundraising <br />have been used for a variety of projects, including replacing curtains in the main house, <br />fencing replacement along Moorpark Road and a renovation of the foreman's house. In the <br />coming year, even more attention will be paid to community outreach and the seeking of <br />additional grant funds. McCrea answered Board member's questions and thanked the Board <br />and the District for their partnership and support. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />6. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Huffer, and carried 4-0 to approve the Agenda as <br />presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A.
