Telephone System Upgrade <br />Lewanda stated this item is a follow up to the original report brought before the <br />Board on February 6th, where questions were raised and the item was continued. <br />She explained the rationale behind choosing Integrated Teiemanagement <br />Service, Inc. and answered Board member's questions. <br />It was moved by Jones, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to authorize <br />the General Manager to enter into an agreement with Integrated <br />Telemanagement Services, Inc. to provide voice over Internet Protocol <br />(VOIP) phone services to the District's facilities. <br />10. Recreation Division Report <br />Lindsey referenced Recreation Highlights. The Silver Starlight Ball is this Saturday <br />evening. Last Tuesday, a $30,000 check was presented to the District by Bruce <br />Stanton, representing the profits from the Reign of Terror Haunted House. The <br />Janss Marketplace is to be applauded for their providing space for this event. It <br />was suggested the District could help facilitate foot traffic at Janss by offering PR in <br />the brochure that is published before the event next year. Lindsey also reported <br />$5,000 was received as a result of the recent Mud Run. <br />C. Management Services Division Report <br />Discussions with the County led to restoration of the full 100% RDA Pass through <br />amount, retroactive to the dissolution of the RDAs. <br />D. General Manager's Report <br />Friedl will be sending Board members 2015 Gratitude Circle nomination forms via <br />email.
