CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />December 4, 2014 <br />7:30 PM <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Gibson called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm and Welty led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt, Huffer, Jones, Lange <br />Directors Absent: <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Hare, Lewanda, Lindsey and <br />Executive Assistant Reynders <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Employee Service Award <br />Shauna Welty — 25 years <br />Hare introduced Welty and reviewed her many and varied accomplishments during her 25 <br />years working at the District. <br />Welty thanked the Board and her co-workers for their support, and expressed appreciation <br />for the award. <br />Directors congratulated and thanked Welty for all her hard work and effort on the District's <br />behalf and wished her well on her upcoming retirement. <br />Conejo Valley Historical Society <br />Jim Gilmore, President, Conejo Valley Historical Society (CVHS), presented the CVHS <br />annual report. CVHS celebrated their 50th anniversary in 2014. He thanked the District for <br />their many years of support. Sandy Hildebrandt, Director of the Stagecoach Museum, was <br />also in attendance and acknowledged by Gilmore. Board members expressed their <br />appreciation for the hard work and efforts of all involved in the CVHS and at the <br />Stagecoach Museum. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />
