Update on Environmental and Design Services for Sapwi Trails Community <br />Park (the park formerly known as Lang Ranch Community Park) <br />Hare presented a brief history of the project to date and reviewed the attachments <br />included with the report. The draft MND is expected to be available for public <br />review next month; staff intends to come back to the Board in July with the <br />recommendation to adopt the MND. Hare answered Board member's questions. <br />Keena Carstensen, Thousand Oaks, expressed support for the project, and is <br />especially interested in the proposed cross country course with regard to its use by <br />the Thousand Oaks High School Cross Country Team. <br />Joe Pagano, Thousand Oaks, supports a park that is non-invasive to the <br />
