Parks Division Report <br />Hare reported water usage is being closely monitored at District parks — with an <br />attempt to cut water cost and usage as much as possible. Plans have already <br />been made should drastic measures need to be put into effect. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Lindsey reported the children's show "Reading Rainbow" has moved their show to <br />a paid "app" and is going strong. The show has been filming at Hillcrest Center for <br />the Arts, incorporating some of the children involved with the "Willy Wonka" <br />production, which is opening on January 31't <br />C. Management Services Division Report <br />No report. <br />
