Contract with MUSCO Sports Lighting for East Arena Lighting Modcation <br />Project at Rancho Potrero Community Equestrian Center (RPCEC) in the <br />amount of $210,000 <br />Mooney reported that in July of 2024, the Board approved the East Arena Lighting <br />Project at RPCEC. In September of 2024, District staff processed the project's <br />City planning approvals. Staff recommends entering into a Sourcewell contract <br />with MUSCO Sports Lighting; MUSCO is the District's standardized sports field <br />lighting supplier and as such is highly recommended. It's a turnkey project that is <br />expected to be completed between March and April of next year <br />It was moved by Cusworth, seconded by Buss, and carried 5-0 to authorize <br />General Manager to enter into a contract (Sourcewell Contract #0411123 - <br />MSL) with MUSCO Sports Lighting in the total amount of $210,500 for East <br />Arena Lighting Project at Rancho Potrero Community Equestrian Center. <br />B. Approve the Annual Master Plan Update and Capital Improvement Program <br />Projects Status Report for Fiscal Year 2023-24 and Initiate the Conejo <br />Recreation and Park District Master Plan Update Process <br />Friedl reviewed the history of the Master Plan Update project, which has been <br />ongoing for the last three or four years, with the bulk of the work happening over <br />the last four months. He expressed gratitude for Mooney's perseverance as the <br />project has developed. Mooney noted the annual update to the prior master plan <br />which has been memorialized. The Board approved 43 projects last Fiscal Year. <br />33 of those projects have been completed as of July 1, 2024. He highlighted <br />several of the completed capital projects and reported on the carryover projects <br />and their timelines. <br />
