He has been working with Lingular Wireless to expand services at this site. He reviewed the upgrade modifications; staff negotiated a $500 monthly increase. It was moved by Cusworth, seconded by Buss, and carried 5-0 to authorize the General Manager to approve the second amendment of existing Option and Site Lease Agreements with New Cingular Wireless (AT&T) for equipment upgrades at Dos Vientos Community Park. D. Amendment of Existing Option and Site Lease Agreement with Verizon Wireless for Upgrades to Existing Wireless Communications Facility at Wildflower Playfield Mooney reported the Board of Directors approved the original lease in October of 2012. Staff has been working with Black Rock Telecommunications on the proposed modifications, which Mooney reviewed. This will result in an additional payment of $750 per month.
