ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Cusworth, Huffer, and Nickles <br />Wirectors Absent: Buss,Lang- <br />ed <br />Staff Present: Friedl, General Manager; Callis, Recreation and Community Services <br />Director; Mooney, Parks and Planning Director; Smith, Management <br />Services Director; and Reynders, Executive Assistant <br />ill 1�p, 11� <br />Conejo Valley Historical Society <br />Neal Scribner, President, Conejo Valley Historical Society (CVHS), referenced the 2023 <br />Annual Report distributed to Board members. He reviewed the activities and projects from <br />the last year, paying special attention to those that were facilitated by the District's matching <br />grant program. He thanked the Board and Staff for all their support. Scribner answered Board <br />member's questions and was thanked for his informative presentation. <br />Kimberly Destler, Thousand Oaks, expressed concerns over conditions at Rancho Potrero <br />Equestrian Center and her eviction from boarding her horse there. <br />L44111111111 Il!I , : J U -IkT*IVi I we] A Uel 4 - Ll I <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Cusworth, and carried 3-0 to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br />A.
