We will also re -
purpose the 4 analog adapters for Conference phones and door strike which are compatible as well.
• We will handle the porting process for all 113 DIDs on the system to ensure continuity of service.
Installation: The system and new phone equipment will be provisioned in advance for the new platform and installation dates
will be scheduled with the client to roll out the platform to all sites over the course of a few days. During the transition, we will
utilize call forwarding to ensure a smooth process. Repurposed devices, mentioned above, will be provisioned while the
technician is onsite.
After all equipment is live on the new platform, a disconnection will be submitted for the remaining services and numbers on the
legacy platform, which are no longer needed or in use.
User Training: The project team will provide a onsite and remote training to users on how to use the phones and navigate the
web portal and mobile applications. More detailed Admin training will be offered to the members of the administrative team who
will be managing the system.
Time frame: The installation of the hosted phone system is expected to take 2-4 weeks to complete, subject to the availability of
resources and coordination with the customer.
Responsibility: The project team will be responsible for delivering all the items outlined in this scope of work. The Client will be
responsible for providing access to the necessary resources, documentation and infrastructure required for the installation.
