Lange, Chair <br />Doug Nickles, Vice -Chair <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />DATE: Jul 18 2024 Nellie Cusworth, Director <br />July Marissa Buss, Director <br />TO: Board of Directors GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />FROM: Jim Friedl, General Manag <br />SUBJECT: Authorize the Service an - nagement of Phone System <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Authorize the General Manager to sign the Integrated Telemanagement Services (ITS) budgetary Quote <br />#003298v1, consistent with the attached proposal, with Integrated Telemanagement Services (ITS) for the <br />service and management of the phone system. <br />DISCUSSION <br />In 2012-2013, the District moved from traditional analog PBX phone systems to a centralized Voice over <br />IP (VoIP) phone system with Integrated Telemanagement Services (ITS). ITS has provided VoIP phone <br />services to the District ever since. <br />The current phone system platform hosted with ITS is nearing it's end of life. ITS has proposed moving to <br />their newer platform while reducing our monthly expenses.
