5. School shall remit to the DISTRICT on the first day of each month $250 for <br />maintenance and operations costs. <br />6. Vandalism and damage costs resultant from public use will be borne by the <br />DISTRICT, damages resultant from SCHOOL use will be borne by SCHOOL. <br />7. SCHOOL may terminate this Joint Use Agreement any time within the term by <br />request in writing.
