RESOLUTION NUMBER 071102-A <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />ADOPTING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH SEIU AND <br />ADJUSTING SALARIES AND BENEFITS FOR OTHER EMPLOYEES <br />WHEREAS, the District has met and conferred with duly appointed representatives of the <br />employees, and <br />WHEREAS, regular part-time employees are not represented in the meet and confer <br />process, <br />WHEREAS, some regular part-time employee benefits need to be added, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Board of Directors of the Conejo Recreation <br />and Park District hereby: <br />1. Adopts the Memorandum of Understanding with SEIU <br />2. Approves a cost of living increase for all full-time and regular part-time <br />employees consistent with the provisions of the Memorandum of <br />Understanding. <br />3.
