It is the mutual responsibility of the employee and his/her supervisor to <br />assure that no employee shall exceed said maximum accrual. All hours in excess of <br />180 as of December 31 will be lost unless approval for an accrual in excess <br />of th�p_ amplayee's maximum 180 hours has been given by the Division <br />Administrator and the General Manager. <br />It is recommended that the salary changes included in the MOU be given to the regular <br />part-time employees and other full-time employees not covered by the MOU. <br />Certain benefits to management employees have not been adjusted since 1994.
