CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Gibson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and Berger led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward; Administrators Jorgensen, Scott, and <br />Sorensen; and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Jacobsen, and carred 5-0, to approve <br />the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of November 1, 2001 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - C, Total $322,745.50 <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carred 5-0, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />7.
