6. Given the breadth of programming and activities offered, diverse programming areas, <br />numerous facilities, number of residents served, active and engaged partner agencies, <br />institutions and non-profit organizations that deliver public recreation amenities, it is in the <br />District's and public's interest to have Board members active and engaged in more than <br />five (5) meetings/month. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Directors of the Conejo Recreation and <br />Park District hereby FINDS and DETERMINES that more than five meetings per month are <br />necessary for the effective operation of the District. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall be considered annually by the Conejo <br />Recreation and Park District. <br />PASS AND ADOPTED this 7 TH day of December, 202:1 <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />Chuck Huffer, Chair <br />ATTEST: <br />Aline Reynders, Executive Assistant <br />
