The pandemic has reduced the number of staff, volunteers and Board <br />members; there will be push to add to these groups in the coming year. Financial <br />information was reviewed including challenges and plans for the future. Tejada thanked <br />the Board members for their continuing support and answered their questions. <br />Jana Goldsworthy, Director, STI, and Pam Pond, President, CV S, distributed hard copies <br />of the STI/CVHS Annual Report for 2021, Financial Report and copies of "Stage Lines." <br />Pond thanked the Board for all the property improvements made recently. Goldsworthy <br />reported there were record membership renewals in 2021, including an increase in family <br />memberships and donations. There were also a record number of events, despite the <br />pandemic. Outdoor and evening events were crafted to draw the public to the grounds. <br />The Museum is now open on Wednesdays and Saturdays. She highlighted and reviewed <br />a variety of the museum's curators. The Museum has a large volunteer base, with people <br />working in a variety of capacities. Through a grant administered by CRPD, improvements <br />were made in the IT area, including enhanced connectivity and presentation qualities. The <br />Speaker Series was very successful and will continue to expand in the year ahead. <br />Goldsworthy gave an overview of activities and events, which included gold panning, live <br />music and hunt challenges. The Museum's most important resource is its volunteers. A <br />brief review of the Museum's financials shows them in a strong position and doing well. <br />Goldsworthy expressed thanks to CRPD for their support.
