Option and Lease Agreement; First Amendment to Option and Lease Aqreement; Second <br />Amendment to Option and Lease Agreement. <br />The current proposal, and subject of this report, pertains to upgrades on the antenna pole and <br />within the vault. Modification of the facility includes swapping the antennas for shorter but wider <br />antennas and the addition of remote radio units (RRUs) between the antennas. A new battery <br />cabinet and equipment rack will be added within the vault — see Attachment 1. To compensate <br />for the visual impact on the pole, the District will receive an additional $650 per month, bringing <br />the total current rent, once construction begins, to $4,520.28. <br />The Third Amendment to Option and Lease Agreement (Attachment 2) serves as the applicable <br />document to effectuate this change and accompanies this report for Board review. <br />The three Amendments prompted revisions in the `Exhibit 3 — Rent Table', of the Option and <br />Lease Agreement, herein included, as Attachment 3.
