Nickles expressed concern over the <br />recommendation for using caution with the word "American" and questioned why NRPA <br />would publish such a document. He recommends CRPD not be affiliated with NRPA and <br />not participate in any of their programs or offerings, including not reimbursing or providing <br />funding for any employees attending their events. <br />12.
