CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Nickles called the meeting to order at 6:02pm and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Holt, Huffer, Lange, Nickles <br />Directors Absent: Cusworth <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Hare and Smith, and <br />Executive Assistant Reynders <br />3. <br />SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. <br />ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of October 7, 2021, Regular Board Meeting <br />B. Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $321,953.54 <br />Payroll $419,500.00 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to approve the Consent <br />Calender as amended, i.e., item 6A, Minutes, on page 3, 11. A., line seven, "being <br />leased from CVUSD" and line 12, "welcome to attend." <br />7. DEFERRED MATTERS <br />The General Manager requested that Item 9B be addressed ahead of Item 9A while awaiting <br />Director Cusworth's arrival. The Board agreed with this suggestion and proceeded <br />accordingly. <br />
