August 26, 2021 <br />Page 6 <br />Huffer reported on attending the spectacular Young Artists Ensemble's <br />performance of "[des Miserables. He attended meetings of the Park Naming <br />Committee, Athlete Recognition Committee, and Pickleball Ad floc Committee and <br />also enjoyed the most recent Concert in the Park and McCrea Ranch Movie Night. <br />Holt attended the Pickleball Ad Hoc Committee meeting and appreciated a one-on- <br />one meeting with Friedl. Cusworth has enjoyed the Concerts in the Park this <br />summer and was especially grateful to be part of the tribute to Scott Buchanan at <br />the last performance of Les Miserables at the Civic Arts Plaza. She reported that <br />the three museum directors (McCrea, Stagecoach inn and Chumash) gathered at <br />McCrea Ranch where Wyatt McCrea gave them a tour. She hopes this will become <br />an annual event, rotating the location. The Stagecoach inn and the Chumash <br />Museum are very busy getting back into the swing of things. Lange attended the <br />McCrea Movie Night, Touch -a -Truck Parade, and reported a special interest in the <br />Dog Park Renovation project; he has been interfacing with Gare, Friedl and Mooney <br />and is pleased that CfRPD is helping to serve local dog owners. Nickles attended <br />the most recent Concert in the Park, an Athlete Recognition Committee Meeting <br />and haat hunch with the General Manager. <br />12.
