Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Approve the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA) Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2021- <br />2022. <br />DISCUSSION <br />In accordance with Section 11.3 of the Joint Powers Agreement (JPA), the MRCA's Final Budget is <br />submitted to the District for approval. The Preliminary Budget was approved by the District at its June 17th <br />meeting. <br />The Final Budget is scheduled for adoption, by the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority at <br />its September 1 St meeting, by the Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District at its September 15th meeting <br />and by the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy Board at it's September 201h. <br />Information on the Final Budget and the Final Budget itself are attached. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN <br />4.2 Develop, maintain and enhance relationships with ...
