Youth Outreach Summary Report Page 3 of 6 Revised 07.2021 <br /> <br />Referred Students participating in the current scope of services: <br />Zoom Life Skill groups, small in person groups and remote learning. <br /> <br />High School Students <br />46 Participants <br />Middle School Students <br />48 Participants <br /> <br />RECREATION PROGRAMS <br />Cycles For Success <br />The Cycles for Success Program provides free new and used bikes to CVUSD Students to get to school and/or work. <br />Referrals are made by either school staff or Youth Outreach Workers. Helmets and locks are provided by Conejo School <br />Foundation. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Outreach Worker Reflections <br />It has been very satisfying this month to see our students finishing their cohorts at the Youth <br />Outreach supervised remote learning hosted by the Teen Center. It is great to know that they have <br />been safe as well as successful. During the month of May, I reunited with Teen Club participants <br />from the Conejo Creek community. I am looking forward to a fantastic summer with programs <br />including a high-energy High School basketball league and a most amazing summer camp. <br /> — Dan Nalbandian <br />
