Provide a matrix of findings and a brief executive summary describing methodology and outlining findings. (Assumes needs assessment provided by CRPD, surveys, or other community input is provided by CRPD). Deliverables: • Needs assessment facility evaluation and recommendation • Needs assessment recreation evaluation and recommendation • Public facility program renovation priorities — provided by CRPD • 2020 Census Data or most current data available • General Plan Update Preferred Alternative evaluation and recommendation • RRM to provide support and assistance for outreach as needed • Identify potential funding/implementation strategies to meet future needs • Recommendations to goals, objectives and policies • Consider Park Prototypes? o What can be achieved on a one (I) acre site or minimum acreage CRPD manages o Other potential scenarios to be mutually identified
