EXHIBIT A <br />Conejo Recreation and Park District Master Plan <br />Scope of Services <br />PROJECT UNDER.STANDINO <br />RRM Design Group (RRM) will provide support and make recommendations to the Conejo <br />Recreation and Park District (CRPD) during the General Plan Update (GPU) process. In <br />addition, RRM will prepare a focused update to the existing Master Plan document, reflecting <br />refinements as a result of the GPU process and additional information from the CRPD, such as <br />updated 2020 population, trends, and district needs. This is not envisioned to be a <br />comprehensive (re -write) Master Plan update. We propose to conduct the work effort on a <br />time and materials basis and we are prepared to adjust the proposed tasks and estimates to best <br />meet CRPD needs. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES — PHASE 1: GPU COORDINATION <br />Task 1: Prosect Initiation <br />Task 1.A: Kickoff Meeting with CRPD Staff <br />Defiverables: <br />• Ideas and expectations for the project <br />• Refinements to the scope of work and schedule <br />• Develop timeline <br />Task 1.B: Review Background Information <br />Deliverables: <br />• Review General Plan Update progress to date <br />• Review existing CRPD Master Plan <br />• Review Conservation Element and Open Space Element <br />• Review the proposed Planning Area and community boundaries (including potential areas for <br />sphere of influence changes) <br />• Review other documents related to the Master Plan <br />• Review and audit CRPD Master Plan goals, objectives, and policies <br />• Review staff analysis of existing plans goals, objectives, and policies <br />• District to provide native files of the Master Plan document for RRM track changes <br />3765 S.
