The comments received during the public review period were addressed and responses <br />documented in the Final Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration. The comments are included <br />as part of the Response to Comments (RTC). <br />Design and Environmental Contract: <br />In November 2020, the District entered into Amendment #1 of the contract with Andrew Goodwin <br />Designs (AGD) in the amount of $190,761 for Phase 3 of environmental and design services for <br />Conejo Community Park and Center Improvements.
