Also proposed are <br />Laurel shrubs to replace the existing Escallonia shrubs th (-::it will be removed during construction. <br />The new 30 -kw diesel generator is 8 -ft tall with a 190 -gallon subbase fuel tank. The additional <br />lease space is 10' x 25' . <br />In exchange for the additional ground space, AT&T agree,c) to pay the District an additional $300 <br />per month. A 3% annual increase is also stipulated. The amendment wild run coterminous with <br />the original lease agreement that expires in 2030. Upon expiration of the agreement, rent will <br />increase to the then prevailing rate, with newly negotiated Ilease terms. <br />T -Mobile <br />The original agreement with T -Mobile was approved b,y the Board in October of 2012. �n <br />November of 2016, the Board approved a First Amendment to this agreement prompted by the <br />addition of new antennas and equipment to the site. Further expansion to introduce a backup <br />generator will thus qualify as a second amendment. <br />The location for the proposed T -Mobile generator is adjacent to the equipment vault on the west <br />side of the park (see enclosed map exhibit). The size and footprint of the installation is somewhat <br />smaller than AT&T's, with a 25 -kw diesel generator and expanded lease space of 112' 7" x 10' 3". <br />The generator will be enclosed by a stucco finished wall I,►ainted to match the exic;ting b0dings <br />within the park. The enclosure will face west and include a. locked gate. Also conditioned are two <br />multi -trunk 36" box Crepe Myrtles to conceal the wall on the north and east sides of the enclosure. <br />In exchange for the additional ground space, T -Mobile agrees to pay the District an additional <br />$300 per month. A 3% annual increase is also stipulated. The amendment will run coterminous <br />with the original lease agreement that expires in 2037.
