Proposed Ten -Year Capital Improvement Plan, Proposed Capital Improvement Budget for Fiscal Years 2021-2022 and 2022-23 Hare introduced Mooney, Senior Park Planner, who provided details on the staff recommendation. It is a 10 -year plan, with special emphasis and focus on Years 1 and 2. This plan will be brought back to the Board at the June 17thmeetingfor final approval. Mooney explained how the plan is derived and implemented. Years 1 and 2 are part of the FY21-22 and FY22-23 two-year -Capital Improvement Budget. Years 3 thru 10 represent plans for the future that will be re-evaluated during each 2 -year cycle. CRPD staff provides input, and the projects and their priorities are based on that information. Fiscal guidance is provided by the Finance Department. Mooney shared a thorough review of Years 1 and 2 and explained the reasons for the large carryover, including Conejo Creek West and the Senior/Teen Center expansions. Mooney reviewed, with less detail, Years 3 through 10, and outlined the major funding sources for these projects. Mooney answered Board member's questions and was thanked for his presentation. B.
