0 The Galleria (the entire length of the entry hallway which can be used <br />for artexhibitions) <br />0 Arts Council of the Conejo, Valley office <br />Additional facilities outlined below contained within the facility are leased, <br />managed and programmed by the District and operate outside of the scope of this <br />agreement. These areas are not primarily designated as art activity spaces and can <br />be reserved for arts related activity with approval by the District: <br />• The Community Room <br />• The East Patio <br />Two Conference Rooms (available when CRPD Staff is present) <br />The West Break Room (available for facility renter use during non- <br />business hours) <br />The Conejo Gem & Mineral Club Lapidary Shop is used exclusively <br />by the Conejo Valley Gem & Mineral Club via a Special Use <br />Agreement between CRPD and the Conejo, Gem & Mineral Club. A <br />condition of the agreement is valid Arts Organization Membershiv% <br />F <br />with the ACCV. <br />3. The District Agrees to; <br />a. Staff the facility on a full-time basis. All operating hours will be staffed. <br />b. Organize and conduct programs in keeping with the stated purposes of the District <br />!ACouncil. <br />c. Be responsible for the maintenance of facility as it related to District sponsored <br />activities. <br />d. Publish regular bulletins identifying available programs and activities in art <br />related areas in the community. <br />e. Schedule the facility and collect fees for the activity spaces in accordance with <br />priorities and rates established by the District in consultation with the Arts <br />Council. (Note: rental fees collected for use of the facility shall be revenue to the <br />District). <br />Provide services,, promotion, and arts activity space at the Hillcrest Center for the <br />Arts for Arts Council Member Organizations at a discounted rate. <br />k.
