Hock Director <br />Per the agreement between Ride On Therapeutic Horsemanship and the District, <br />attached for your review is their annual report regarding operations, capital <br />improvements, and funding. While initial progress on site development was <br />somewhat slower than expected, recent progress demonstrates their ability to <br />achieve a high degree of community support. Staffs experience of working with <br />Ride On over the past year also demonstrated that their capital improvements were <br />first rate in quality, and that the caliber of both program and capital improvement <br />volunteer efforts has been above our expectations. <br />The agreement with Ride On calls for a 40 -year term renewable annually in <br />accordance with the agreement conditions.
