March 8, 2001 <br />Page 4 <br />In response to Lange's inquiry, Sorensen said that the recommended plans <br />for supervision and rules and regulations reflect the information garnered <br />from numerous agencies with skate park experience, including Pleasant <br />Valley Recreation and Park District,. <br />Jacobsen recommended that the number 5 signage rule be modified to read.- <br />"No <br />ead:"No glass containers or fond within the skating facility". Staff discussed <br />signage and maintenance issues and strategies. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0 to adopt <br />Resolution Number 030801-A, A resolution amending the District <br />Ordinance Manual, adding Section 236; and number 5 signage rule to <br />read "No glass containers or food within the skating facility"; and all <br />further readings be waived. <br />9.
