Lange and Nickles attended Harrison's recent retirement. Lange also <br />attended a Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy meeting. Nickles attended an online special <br />meeting of the California Association of Recreation and Park Districts (CARPD) to replace a <br />board member — Mark Johnson of Simi Valley. The CARPD Board appointed Gigi Banister <br />from the Rim of the World Recreation and Park District to complete Johnson's term. Nickles <br />also had a planning meeting with Friedl and the Administrators regarding upcoming activities <br />for 2021. Lange complimented Nickles on his recent article in "Conejo Guardian." Holt <br />remarked on the recent passing of Joe Paulucci; he and his wife were big supporters of Silver <br />Starlight Ball. <br />12.
