Nip' -1' 151-01 Ill I <br />Notes to the Financial Statements <br />June 30, 2020 <br />•11 Ili] ... 1" i i - MPTAW <br />• <br />Contract commitments <br />The District had $274,775 in contract commitments for completion of ongoing capital <br />improvements projects at June 30, 2020. <br />Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency <br />In 1977, the District entered into a Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Thousand Oaks <br />("City") to form the Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency ("COSCA"). COSCA is governed <br />by a five -member board consisting of two City Council members, two District Board members, <br />and one private citizen of the City. Expenditures of COSCA are shared equally between the <br />District and the City.
