CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />December 17, 2020 <br />6:00 PM <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />M I N U T E S <br />Lange called the meeting to order at 6-.00 pm and Cusworth, Holt, Huffer Lange and <br />Nickles led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Cusworth, Holt, Huffer, Lange, Nickles <br />Directors Absent: <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Hare and Smith, <br />IT Manager Segedle and Executive Assistant Reynders <br />I <br />I Z <br />Friedl congratulated the re-elected Directors and administered the oath of office to <br />Directors Huffer and Lange. <br />Friedl reviewed the District's accomplishments over the past year, distinguished <br />especially due to the global pandemic and the unprecedented challenges this presented. <br />Pictures from the past year were shared, illustrating, in part, the any adaptations <br />needed since March due to the everchanging CDC guidelines and County Health <br />orders related to COVID-19. <br />Board members thanked Friedl for his presentation and praised the staff's ability to <br />.?.djust to the everchanging nature of 2020. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Huffer, and carried 5-0 to approve the <br />agenda as presented <br />
