Parks Division <br />• <br />Hare referenced the photography contest packets distributed last week — he <br />requested Board members return their judging sheets at the next Board <br />meeting on December 3rd. Conejo Valley Days is moving ahead with their <br />plans to have their event in June; however, they are only planning to use the <br />parking lot (no field use). The Chili Cook off also has a date "penciled in". The <br />Oakheart Music Festival has yet to request dates. Time will tell how many of <br />these events will come to fruition. Per usual, if they move forward, the <br />agreements will be brought to the Board for approval. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Callis referenced the survey that was distributed to patrons of the District's fall <br />programs; scores were above 95% in all areas. There was a 14% response <br />rate to the survey, which is exceptional. Many good comments were received <br />about the CRPD staff as well. <br />C. Management Services Division Report <br />Smith thanked Segedie for all his help with the technical parts of this evening's <br />meeting, especially given their complexities. <br />D.
