Approval of Warrants <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $1,182,977.42 <br />Payroll $772,000.00 <br />It was moved by Cusworth, seconded by Huffer, and carried 5-0 to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />ZMr tli <br />OR KI 0 t--10 K <br />Friedl reported the County has dropped from the red to the purple (most restrictive) <br />tier regarding restrictions due to the pandemic; the caseload is rising yet again. <br />Today, the Governor instituted a "soft curfew"; all gatherings must cease between <br />10.-00 pm and 5:00 am. The new restrictions do not affect CRPD to a large degree. <br />Playgrounds remain open; classes/programs are still ongoing. Indoor Community <br />Center spaces are still not open to the general public and indoor fitness classes are <br />now suspended. Friedl credits CRPD staff for following public health guidance while <br />continuing to keep employees and patrons safe as they run programs and serve the <br />community. <br />A14 <br />A. Amendment #1 to Contract with Andrew Goodwin Designs in the <br />• of $190,761 for Phase 3 of Environmental, Landscape <br />Architectural, and Architectural Services for Conejo Community Park <br />and Center Improvements <br />Hare reported that in June of this year, the Board authorized the District to <br />enter into a contract with Andrew Goodwin Designs (AGD) for Phase 1 and <br />2 of environmental and design services for Conejo Community Park and <br />Center Improvements; lots of work has been accomplished since then. <br />Schematics have been refined and there has been preliminary work on <br />environmental documents. This work has been presented to staff, the <br />public and stakeholders. Amendment #1 with AGD will provide Phase 3 for <br />design development and environmental services for the project. Andrew <br />Mooney, Sr. Park Planner, presented site renderings and offered details of <br />these plans, including the building design and its orientation; park plantings <br />
