ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />In response to questions posed by Tracy on the Zoom meeting platform, Friedl explained that usually <br />questions should be submitted ahead of the meeting; advance notice is generally required. However, <br />an exception was made this evening, and Friedl addressed a few queries posed, including providing <br />information on the necessity of the District following rules set forth by the County of Ventura and how <br />District staff is striving to continue community engagement despite the restrictions currently being <br />imposed. <br />14.
