CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Lange called the meeting to order at 6:03 pm and Hare led the flag salute. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Cusworth, Holt, Huffer, Lange, Nickles <br />Directors Absent: <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Hare, Smith, IT Manger <br />Segedie and Executive Assistant Reynders <br />SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Charlotte Holifield (via Zoom) <br />California Special Districts Association (CSDA) <br />Holifield introduced herself as the new Coastal Network Public Field Coordinator for CSDA. She <br />presented a PowerPoint overview of CSDA including information on advocacy and public affairs, <br />current priorities and actions, information sharing, and the online expertise via the CSDA website. <br />She answered Board member's questions and was thanked for her informative presentation. <br />4.
