RESOLUTION NUMBER 070220-A <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />OF THE CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />ADOPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021 <br />BUDGETS FOR THE DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, Conejo Recreation and Park District is duly organized and existing under the <br />provisions of Section 5700 et seq., of the Public Resources Code of the State of California, and <br />WHEREAS, Section 5784 of the Public Resources Code stipulates that after the budget hearing <br />the District shall adopt a budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Conejo Recreation and Park District does <br />hereby adopt the 2020-2021 fiscal year budgets as presented in Exhibits A to G, including policy <br />items addressed in the budget cover letter, which are hereby made a part of this resolution by <br />reference. <br />day of <br />42020. <br />Jim Friedl, General Manager and <br />Secretary to the Board of Directors <br />AYES: <br />• <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST: <br />Aline Reynders <br />Executive Assistant <br />
