Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />Nellie Cusworth, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Adopt Resolution Number 070220-A adopting the fiscal year 2020-2021 budgets for all funds, and policy <br />matters contained in the body of and attachments to this memorandum. <br />DISCUSSION <br />For fiscal year 2020-2021, the District will adopt budgets for the following funds: General Fund, Districtwide <br />Assessment District Fund, Dos Vientos Assessment District Fund, Rancho Conejo Assessment District <br />Fund, Equipment Replacement Fund and Capital Projects Fund. <br />The capital budgets are the same as those discussed at the June 18 Board meeting. The operating budgets <br />have small adjustments to anticipated reimbursement revenues as well as salaries and benefits within the <br />Recreation division resulting in a lower contribution from the unassigned fund balance than discussed. <br />Capital items budgeted in fiscal 2019-2020 that were expected to continue into fiscal 2020-2021 have been <br />included in the fiscal year 2020-2021 budget.
