By entering into the attached First Amendment, <br />the contract will be extended an additional season as well as revising the not -to -exceed amount. <br />The School District will be entering into a purchase order with Venco Western, nnc. City staff will <br />be providing the same recommendation for City Council consideration on May 12, 2020. If the <br />City Council does not concur with the Board's recommendation, the District is able to separate <br />the District and COSCA scopes of work from the City's for a separate contract. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Meets 2020 Strategic Plan Goal 4.1: Develop, maintain and enhance relationships with colleagues <br />at the City of Thousand Oaks and the Conejo Valley Unified School District.
