With the provided feedback, <br />guiding priorities have been developed for a <br />renovation of park features and new center <br />building. Staff is currently soliciting a Request for <br />Proposal of environmental and design services. <br />For more information, visit <br />www.crpd.org/cccproject. <br />Parking Lot Renovations <br />Districtwide <br />Eleven parking lots have been selected to be <br />repaired, resurfaced and striped. The City of <br />Thousand Oaks and District staff have coordinated <br />the project as part of the citywide street paving <br />project. Work is estimated to start late Spring 2020 <br />and continue through Summer 2020. <br />Center Design & Renovation <br />Teen Center & Goebel Adult Center <br />Plans are being prepared for permits and <br />bidding for renovation of restrooms at both <br />centers, Adult Center horseshoe pit area <br />improvements, new shaded outdoor fitness <br />area, and Teen Center improvements <br />including gym ceiling, kitchen remodel, new <br />programmable "backyard" of the center <br />building, multi -use court, shaded picnic area, <br />stage, skate plaza, passive seating, and <br />outdoor activity/classroom areas. <br />
