ASSESSMENT <br />PAGE 30 <br />WHEREAS, the Conejo Recreation and Park District Board of Directors directed the <br />undersigned Engineer of Work to prepare and file a report presenting an estimate of costs, <br />a diagram for the Improvement District and an assessment of the estimated costs of the <br />improvements upon all assessable parcels within the Improvement District, to which <br />Resolution and the description of the Improvements therein contained, reference is hereby <br />made for further particulars; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned, by virtue of the power vested in me under said Act <br />and the order of the Board of said Conejo Recreation and Park District, hereby make the <br />following assessment to cover the portion of the estimated cost of the improvements, and <br />the costs and expenses incidental thereto to be paid by the Improvement District. <br />The amount to be paid for the Improvements and the expense incidental thereto, to be <br />paid by the Improvement District for the fiscal year 2020-21 is generally as follows: <br />SUMMARY COST ESTIMATE <br />Parks Maintenance <br />Parks Improvements <br />Contingency and Reserve <br />Incidental Expenses <br />TOTAL BUDGET <br />Less: <br />Beginning Fund Balance (July 1, 20) <br />Park District Contribution <br />NET AMOUNT TO ASSESSMENTS <br />F.
