Class 1 exemptions onclude operation, repair,
maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of existing public or private
structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no
expansion of use beyond that existing. In this project, the improvement will renovate a portion of
an existing storage closet into a single children's restroom to be used by the pre-school program
and provide additional storage cabinets for various center programs. There will be negligible
incremental use beyond current overall use of the facility.
DISCUSSION
The project will provide much needed direct access for an attached restroom to the existing pre-
school classroom, while also providing additional organized storage to the center and its
programs.
ADMINISTRATDVE OFFICES
403 West Hillcrest Drive • Thousand Oaks, CA 91360-4223
(805) 495-6471 • FAX: (805) 497-3199 • Email: parks@crpd.org • Website: www.crpd.org
