RESOLUTION 040220-B <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />OF THE CONEJO RECREATION & PARK DISTRICT <br />ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE PER DISTRICT ORDINANCE <br />WHEREAS, the Conejo Recreation & Park District is duly organized and existing under <br />the provision of Section 5700 et seq., of the Public Resources code of the State of California, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Conejo Recreation & Park District Board of Directors has adopted an <br />ordinance manual setting policies regarding the operation of the District, and <br />WHEREAS, District ordinances Sections 502, 506 and 514 establish the right of the <br />Board of Directors to set fees, deposits and refund amounts. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Conejo Recreation & <br />Park District does hereby adopt the fees, deposits, and refund amounts detailed in the Attachments and <br />remain in effect until changed by said Board of Directors. <br />PASSED THIS 2nd DAY OF APRIL 2020 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />ABSENT: <br />George Lange, Chair <br />Jim Friedl, General Manager <br />and Secretary of the Board of Directors <br />ATTEST: <br />Aline Reynders <br />Executive Assistant <br />
