Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />Nellie Cusworth, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Adopt Resolution 040220-B setting the Facility and Filming Fees and Charges for the Conejo Recreation <br />& Park District effective July 1, 2020. <br />DISCUSSION <br />In general, CRPD facility rental and filming fees are below market compared with similar public agencies. <br />This year, staff had been planning to recommend to the Board to begin incrementally increasing fees to <br />bring CRPD into alignment with other public agencies over the next several years. <br />However, given the expected economic impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic, Staff is recommending <br />no changes to the existing filming and facility rental fees and charges. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Meets Strategic Plan Element: 1.6 Annually evaluate program fees and facility rental charges, using <br />market-based survey data and formulas, favoring regular annual adjustments over sporadic and <br />sometimes significant adjustments and 3.2.3 Regularly evaluate whether District is capturing adequate <br />revenue through facilities and programs; seek new and enhanced revenue -generating facilities, special <br />events and programs and explore program pricing options. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />n <br />e <br />r <br />Rochelle Callis, Administrator <br />Recreation & Community Services <br />Attachments: <br />T.
