Play Area Renovation <br />Rancho Conejo Playfield <br />Ranch -themed play equipment is being installed. <br />Construction began January 2020 with an <br />estimated completion in February 2020. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Center Design & Renovation <br />Teen Center & Goebel Adult Center <br />Design efforts are underway for renovation <br />of restrooms at both centers, adult center <br />horseshoe pit area improvements, new <br />shaded outdoor fitness area, and Teen <br />Center improvements including gym ceiling, <br />kitchen remodel, new programmable <br />"backyard" of the center building, multi -use <br />court, shaded picnic area, stage, skate <br />plaza, passive seating, and outdoor <br />activity/classroom areas. <br />Meets 2020 Strategic Plan Goal 2.3: Maintain the 10 -Year Capital Improvement Plan. Regularly <br />update the 10 -Year Capital Improvement Plan to prioritize projects and effectively plan and <br />allocate future resources. As capital funding allows, execute, implement and develop projects <br />each year in accordance with the plan.
