PROJECT COORDINATION AND SUPERVISION District's Parks and Planning Division will monitor the progress and execution of this Agreement. City will designate a representative, Facilities Manager, to provide supervision and have the overall responsibility for the progress and execution of this Agreement. 7m TERM This Agreement will terminate upon the completion of the Project's construction, [currently projected to be April 2021 ], or until all Grant funding from City has been utilized, whichever is later 8.
