Budget Adjustments for Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-19 <br />Lewanda requested appropriation in the amount of $1.2 million for the recent fire, <br />with offsetting revenue from CAPRI, FEMA, the state of California and the City of <br />Thousand Oaks. Additional adjustments include providing appropriation for liability <br />insurance claims, worker's compensation, a UV filtration system for the CLU <br />Community Pool, a portion of the cost of repairs to the Newbury Park High School <br />pool, and Sapwi Park expenses. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Cusworth, and carried 5-0 to approve <br />proposed FY 2018-19 Budget Adjustments. <br />D. Resolution 050219-A Authorizing Destruction of Records in Accordance with <br />Records Retention Schedule <br />Friedl stated that no resolution could be found establishing a protocol for <br />destruction of records. File storage is increasingly moving to cloud -based systems <br />rather than printed files. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to adopt Resolution <br />050219-A, authorizing destruction of records in accordance with the District's <br />Records Retention Schedule, that it be read in title only and all further readings <br />be waived. <br />10.
