CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT AND THE MOUNTAINS <br />RECREATIONAND CONSERVATION AUTHORITY <br />PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICES <br />Independence <br />Rogers, Anderson, Malody & Scott, LLP is independent of the Conejo Recreation and Park District, and <br />any component units, as defined by general standard number two of the generally accepted auditing <br />standards. <br />We are also independent of the Conejo Recreation and Park District, and any component units, as defined <br />by the second general standard for government auditing in the U.S. Government Accountability Office's <br />Government Auditing Standards (2011). <br />In addition, our firm has implemented the requirements of Assembly Bill 1345 requiring partner rotation <br />after six consecutive years as lead partner. <br />License to practice in California <br />Rogers, Anderson, Malody & Scott, LLP is licensed to practice in the State of California. The key <br />professional staff, which includes the partners, managers, and supervisors, are all certified public <br />accountants licensed to practice in the State of California and are in compliance with all applicable Board <br />of Accountancy standards. <br />Insurance <br />If selected as the District's auditor, we will provide proof of the required insurance coverage. <br />Firm qualifications and experience <br />About our firm <br />RAMS was founded in 1948 and is located at 735 E. <br />Carnegie Drive, Suite 100, San Bernardino, California and <br />offers the full range of services expected of a full service <br />accounting firm.
