Braff and McAdam did an exceptional job and everyone had fun. <br />2. Mardi Gras Party <br />a. 140 seniors attended. <br />b. Event was fun and lively with a lot of dancing. <br />c. Chef Rachel cooked for the event. <br />3. Cooking Demo with Chef Rachel Seminar <br />a. 24 seniors attended. <br />b. Rachel cooked a healthy Chinese chicken salad and chicken <br />enchiladas. <br />4. St. Patrick's Day Party <br />a. Event has been sold out. <br />b. Corned beef, cabbage, and soda bread will be served. <br />C. Trip Program Report <br />1. Bus Trip: $534.90 -Net Revenue <br />a. Fillmore Murder Mystery Train Trip: 44 seniors signed up to <br />date. <br />b. Huntington Library Trip: 18 seniors signed up to date. <br />c.
